Access : Boat, on breakwater. 

History of the Light : An original equipment lens lantern lights this white, square, steel lighthouse. It stands atop a square concrete foundation with arched legs. The lower part of this foundation is surrounded by steel sheeting in a cylindrical shape and filled with blocks of limestone. It marks the entrance to Indiana Harbor at the end of the East breakwater. This light is identical to the Port Washington light.
